Shipping FAQ


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

All orders usually take 2-7 days to process before they are shipped (We do not process orders excluding weekends and holidays). During Holidays your order may take up to 14 days to be processed. 

HOW WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO GET TO ME ?

Most domestic orders take 5 to 20 business days to ship.

International orders may take up to 3 weeks for shipping.


There are circumstances that are out of OUR control (e.g natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) this may make the shipping process longer. Most of our packages arrive on the set date and time, however there may be circumstances and delay the delivery process. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?


Unfortunately no, however you can contact support at support@chakfit.com to know where your product is.

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE WILL BE USED FOR THE DELIVERY


This depends on the item ordered. You will be informed about the mode of delivery once an order is made. Shipping by Amazon Some ChakFit branded items are sourced from Amazon Fulfillment Centers around the U.S. These items will mark as 'Fulfilled by Amazon' i the description. These orders ship in accordance the Amazon's shipping policies.


I ORDERED A LOT OF ITEMS, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OTHER ITEMS?


We try to reduce the price you will spend on taxes etc by shipping all products in separate packages. We apologise for any and all inconveniences caused.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TARIFFS OR CUSTOM TAX ON MY ORDER?


You may have to pay tax on the item however we mark the product as cheaper than it is to ensure the tax is minimal.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHY?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please email our support team at support@chakfit.com

CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY PACKAGE IF I AM NOT HOME?


Anyone at your home can receive the package on your behalf. Usually the delivery man will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

You can change your address within 24 hours of payment but not the order.
